What Is Astrology?

With the universe, stars and planets have all inspired a sense amazment and astonishment. Astrology is the study of universal systems and beliefs which hold relative to position of celestial bodies. These studies provide information about personality, traits, reasons for certain events, and destiny.

The word itself comes from Greek Origin "the study of consellation, star". These studies started in ancient times before recorded history, and back then were concluded "the mother of all sciences". They are similar to other ancient theories such as feng shui and yoga.

An Astrologer; person who studies astrology, must have knowledge of planets, celestial bodies, celestial clock and mathematics to calculate the movements. These movements can be tracked and noted with numerological charts and tables.

All of this information, numerological charts, tables and your birth chart can put thyself on a path of self discovery. As numerological charts contain bodies, each body position to another concludes effects on one another. Birth chart will also show this information on how these bodies are positioned at the time of your birth.

It is important to know that there are three parts to a birth chart; planet, sign, and house. After learning about these, one should then look at their aspects. Will the relationship between these performers oppose each other? Or will they be in harmony?
