The Moon: ruler of Cancer, exalter of Taurus. Relative to emotions, habits, rhythms, moods. This planet is also associated with maternal aspects; nuture, security, home, and early experiences. The Moon rules the sign Cancer and the fourth house.

Mercury: ruler of Gemini and Virgo, exalter of Virgo (one house). This is the planet of communication, rationality, reasoning, and travel. Mercury governs, school, neighbhours and communication in all forms. Mercury rules Gemini, Virgo and the third and sixth houses.

Venus: ruler of Taurus and Libra, exalter of Pisces. Dictates harmony, beauty, feelings, and affection. Also, the planet of pleasure, marriage and relationships.
